Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

TradeBody AI operates on a credit-based system. All credit purchases and subscription plans are subject to this refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Used Credits: Credits that have been consumed for AI analysis cannot be refunded
  • Partial Subscriptions: Monthly/annual plans are not prorated for unused time
  • Free Credits: Promotional or bonus credits cannot be converted to cash

3. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances within 7 days of purchase:

3.1 Technical Failures

  • Analysis failed to complete due to platform errors (not user error)
  • Credits were deducted but no results were provided
  • Service was unavailable for extended periods (24+ hours of continuous downtime)

3.2 Duplicate Charges

  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase
  • Billing errors resulted in unauthorized charges

3.3 Subscription Cancellations

  • If you cancel a subscription within 48 hours of initial purchase and have not used more than 10% of included credits, you may receive a full refund
  • After 48 hours, cancellations are processed at the end of the billing period with no refund

4. Non-Eligible Refunds

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Trading losses incurred from using AI analysis
  • Disagreement with AI-generated signals or recommendations
  • Change of mind after credits have been used
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Force majeure events (third-party API outages, natural disasters, etc.)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your account email, purchase date, and transaction ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Credit Restoration

If analysis fails due to a platform error, we may restore credits to your account instead of issuing a cash refund. This is determined at our discretion.

7. Subscription Auto-Renewal

Monthly and annual plans auto-renew unless canceled. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your account settings.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in permanent account suspension. Please contact support first to resolve any billing disputes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
